Refund policy
At Affiliated & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives and you’re not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate the return process.
