Refund policy

At Affiliated & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives and you’re not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate the return process.

If your order does not arrive or there is an issue with delivery, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate and assist you.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
